2. Booking and scheduling
Services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.You’ll receive confirmation upon booking.We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.Access to the premises must be safe, secure, and granted at the scheduled time.
3. Pricing
Final pricing is confirmed during booking and may vary based on service specifics.Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
4. Customer responsibility
Ensure the property is safe, accessible, and suitable for cleaning.Secure valuables and remove fragile or sensitive items before service begins.Notify us of any specific instructions or concerns before your appointment.Provide honest, up-to-date information during the booking process.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a 50% charge.Refunds are issued at Victhan’s discretion, primarily in cases where we fail to deliver an agreed service.We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in cases of unsafe or inappropriate conditions.
6. Liability
Victhan is insured, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or losses resulting from inaccurate instructions.Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of service for review and resolution
7. Termination
We retain the authority to terminate or suspend your access to the website template at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all utilization of the template and delete any copies in your possession.
8. Legal and privacy
Victhan complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act. Your information is handled securely and only used for service delivery and communication.We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
